We have taken time to create a process to manage & execute projects seamlessly.  


We work together with our clients to create design plans that are most suitable to their specific needs.

 Consultation is up to 90 minutes and includes discussion about aesthetic style preferences, scope of project, budget, preliminary measurements and photos in some instances, and our process review.  It is our recommendation to schedule consultation at least one month prior to your desired project start date to ensure the timeframe can be accommodated.

Full Interior Design Service Process 
This service includes design concept with up to two revisions, space planning, and curating a space that's tailored to our client's desired aesthetic taste.  3-D renderings are also available as projects require. Full service design begins with submitting our questionnaire,

a complimentary discovery call, followed by our process below completed in 7 phases.

1- Consultation

Consultations are face to face meetings in the space we're planning to discuss services as described above. In some instances we can complete consultations virtually depending on the project scope established during our discovery call.

Style, space functionality, and budget is discussed.


2- Onboarding

This phase typically takes 3-5 business days to allow time for proposal approval, contract signing, and the project details getting uploaded into our system. Once completed your project is officially added to our schedule.

3-Design Phase

Concept is developed and mood board (or 3-D rendering) is presented for client approval. Depending on adherence to our response requirements and or revisions needed this phase can take 2-4 weeks.

4-Sourcing & Procurement

Sourcing & Procurement Phase begins once design details are approved. Items to complete the design are sourced, orders are placed for furniture selections, wall art, lighting, accessories, floors/ area rug selections, and window treatments.  We manage all orders, inspect items, and store decor until all items have been delivered to us. Large furniture is received, inspected, and stored with our receiver. Once all items have arrived, we manage the scheduling for white glove furniture delivery in coordination with our install date. 

5-Trade Phase

During this phase we will manage and coordinate vendor trades and contractors depending on project scope. Trades are considered but not limited to wallpaper installers, painter, electricians, etc. 


6-Shipping and Receiving Phase

Furniture deliveries will be received and inspected during this phase. Smaller accents and accessories are received in our business facility, inspected, and stored until install day. Large furniture is delivered to our receivership where each piece is inspected and stored until install day is scheduled.


In many instances installs are completed in one day, however depending on the scope of the project we may complete install over two or more scheduled days.  Furnishings are set up and assembled, space is styled, and photo shoot completed the same day in some instances.

Finally the grand finale, the big reveal and final walk through!

Virtual Design (aka E-Design) 

This is a great option for those who enjoy DIY projects but would like to utilize professional interior design services to achieve their decor goals.  Consultation required for this option is virtual meeting via zoom for 60min. This option includes a 2D design concept mood board with up to one revision, project instructions, and a full clickable shopping list. Floor plans and 3D renderings are additional.

The process for virtual design follows steps 1-3 as detailed with our full design service and typical turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.

Consulting Hours

Consulting time is a perfect option for clients or property investors who may have a renovation project with their own contractors but need design assistance for selecting flooring, times, counters, cabinets, hardware, lighting etc. This is also a great option for clients who simply need a creative eye to give recommendations for restyling existing furniture or styling tips for a new space.

This is obtainable by purchasing a block of hours with a 3hr minimum at $150 per hour.

Design Fees

Each individual design project will have unique requirements with clients having different needs.

Our design fees are customized based on factors such as location, number of spaces, the estimated time it will take for sourcing and procurement, management of tradesmen and/or contractors, and more.

Full Service Interior Design fee starts at $2,895 per space.

A-a-carte Finishes and  Small Commercial space design fees vary.

What is an average interior design project budget?

Investment required will vary based on the scope of each individual project.

A few things to consider to help estimate proper budget include furniture needed, furniture style preferences,

window treatments (custom vs. retail), wallpapering, paint, and work needed by contractors/tradesmen (if applicable).
